When you come to the website for the first time, the start page will be displayed.

You can goto the search screen by clicking the "click here to enter" button or use the logon section on the right to logon.

Choosing another language
If you are an non-english speaker, you can choose from a number of languages at the top right of the page. These translations are done by volunteers and may be incomplete. If you wish to assist us by volunteering to translate, please email us.

Logging On
You must be logged on to the website to save exercises into booklets and to access previously created booklets. If this is your first visit, simply type anything into the username and password boxes, then click the "logon" button. You should use something you can easily remember for subsequent visits. You do not need to provide email or personal details, the email address is optional. It can be used to remind you, if you forget your username and/or password.

If you do not want to create a logon and have a linked in, facebook, google, yahoo, foursquare or twitter account, you can use these to logon using the "Logon (Open Id)" button.

There is no cost. You can only EDIT the text and reformat exercises by logging on and creating exercise booklets.

The search screen displays a gallery of images of exercises that match the current search criteria.

You can change the search criteria using the panel on the left. For search criteria where you can select multiple options, a button will appear showing the number of options selected will be displayed. Clicking this will remove deselect all the options for that particular search criteria.

You can also enter in keywords, seperated by commas to search the exercise text. The bottom option in the panel also allows you to choose the text to be displayed for your exercises.

The number of matching exercises appears at the top of the screen, as well as the current search criteria.

Clicking on an exercise image will select it. Once you select your first exercise, a panel with further options will appear on the right. Clicking on the exercise image again will deselect it.

Exercises previously selected will still be displayed if you change your search criteria. You can change the order the exercises appear by clicking on an exercise in the right panel and dragging it to the position you would like it be.

If you wish to save your exercises into a booklet so you can alter them further, you need to open the "exercise booklets" panel and logon. As stated above, this is free.

Once logged on, you will be able to see any previous booklets you have created as well as being able to enter a name for your new booklet. Click "save exercises" to save your booklet and open a new window to allow further customisation of your booklet.

Image Options
Displays a medal indicating how well the exercise image matchs your search criteria. Many exercises have multiple images, the program will try and choose the image that best matchs your selection criteria.
Display the previous image (for exercises with multiple images).
Display the next image (for exercises with multiple images).
Displays a window showing the exercise image in more detail.
Displays a window showing the full exercise text.
General Options
Takes you back to the start screen.
Toggles between the Image Gallery and Text Gallery. The text gallery displays all the text for the exercise. You can select exercises from either gallery and your selection with be retained.
Hides or shows the search criteria panel on the left.
Toggles between displaying sketchs for the exercises and photos.
Selects all current exercises that match the search criteria.
De-selects all exercises.

Email selected exercises, you can enter a list of email addresses to send it to with a comment. The exercises can be in Word, Pdf or HTML format.

Allows you to merge your current selection with a previously created booklet
Customising your booklets

There are an number of ways you can customise your booklet. Most tabs display a "print preview" to display how it will look. You can output pdf, word, html, email, twitter or facebook at any time.

You can also delete your booklet or exit without any of your changes being saved.

The is also a default settings booklet. If you change the settings here, all subsequent booklets created will use these settings by default.

Exercises

The exercises tab allows you to edit the booklet name, delete exercises, edit the text of the exercises, add page breaks between exercises and re-order the exercises.

The changes will only be made permanent once you click the "save" button.

You can re-order the exercises by clicking on the exercise text in the panel on the right hand side and dragging the exercise to a different position.

You can edit the exercise text by clicking the exercise image. It will then become bold.

Buttons
Marks exercise as deleted, you can undo this before saving.
Moves current exercise down list of exercises in booklet (performs the same function as if you clicked the exercise image).
Moves current exercise up list of exercises in booklet (performs the same function as if you clicked the exercise image).
Checks spelling for current exercise.
Undo Text Edit, Revert Back to Original
Removes current text, ready for you to enter your own
Show/hides list of exercises for booklet
Expands text box and hides other text to allow easier text entry
Font Sizes
Customising your booklets - Font Sizes

The font sizes tab allows you alter the size of the text for each section, alter the size of the images displays and choose the page size for PDF and Word generation.

A font size of zero will make the text invisible. Font sizes range from 0 to 7.

A image size of zero will make the image invisible. Font sizes range from 0 to 390 (pixels).

The easiest approach is to change the font size and review the "print preview" to ensure it looks as you desire.

Recording Table

The recording table tab allows you to add a table for recording progress on exercises.

You can set the number of rows, define whether to split the exercise into left and right components, or display five or seven day weeks.

A font size of zero will make the text invisible. Font sizes range from 0 to 7.

For complete flexability, you can enter your own column and row headers seperated by commas.

The easiest approach is to change the font size and review the "print preview" to ensure it looks as you desire.

Header and Footer

The header and footer tab allows you enter text that appears at the beginning and end of the exercises, text that appears in the header and footer, as well as add your own images.

A font size of zero will make the text invisible. Font sizes range from 0 to 7.

The easiest approach is to change the font size and review the "print preview" to ensure it looks as you desire.

Upload your own images
You can upload image files to our server for use in the header. Due to technical limitations these do not show up in the PDF and word versions.

Images are stored on a per user basis, they are not visible by other users.

Image files can be no larger than 1 Mb and can be png, jpeg, jpg, gif, or bmp files.

Text Visibility

The text visibility tab allows you turn on/off the visibility of the sections of exercise text, the repetition text and/or the exercise classifiction data (used in the search criteria).

Word Templates
Customising your booklets - Word Templates

The word templates tab is for users who need absolute flexibility in the booklets. You can download a word template, modify it to suit your needs and then upload it back to the server. You can then use this as a template for your booklets.

You can include your own headers and footers, images fonts and styles.

Requires Microsoft Word 2007 or later.

Templates are stored on a per user basis, they are not visible by other users.

Template files can be no larger than 1 Mb.

Full details of all exercises

Displays a photo of all exercises on the website in a gallery format. You will NOT be able to select or edit the exercises. To access the search engine you need to select "click here to enter". Sketches of all exercises
