Therapist's instructions
Position the patient in sidelying with their elbow flexed. Instruct the patient to externally rotate their shoulder.
Client's instructions
Position yourself lying on your side. Start with your top elbow bent with your hand across your body. Finish with your hand away from your body. Ensure that you keep your elbow bent and tucked in beside your body.
